These terms set the conditions for using Shomei Photo Craft. By using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Service scope
This service helps users fit selected images to chosen ID photo sizes and export image files or print data. It does not guarantee acceptance, screening approval, print quality, or perfect operation on every device.
User checks
Each receiving organization may define its own requirements for size, background color, capture date, editing rules, file format, and file size. Users must check the latest instructions from the receiving organization and use generated files at their own responsibility.
Prohibited use
Users may not use images that infringe third-party rights, use the service for fraudulent identity verification or applications, disrupt service operation, or violate laws or public order.
Disclaimer
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damage incurred by users or third parties through use of the service. Users are responsible for checking the generated image, submission eligibility, and print result.
Service changes and suspension
The service may change or suspend features, specifications, ad display, or provided content without prior notice.
